I offer short-term integration counseling—typically 4 to 12 sessions—for individuals seeking to make sense of and ground their psychedelic experiences. Using an Internal Family Systems (IFS) or parts work approach, I help you explore the emotional, psychological, and spiritual insights that may have emerged.

Together, we’ll work to deepen your understanding of the experience, navigate any lingering challenges, and translate what you’ve learned into meaningful, lasting change. I welcome all types of experiences—whether expansive, confusing, challenging, or joyful—and provide a supportive space for reflection, clarity, and integration.
